Refunds and Returns

1.1 "You have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason."

1.2 "You have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days of the day following the day on which you or your third party (other than the carrier) you receive the goods or after the date on which you or your third party (other than the carrier) delivery of goods. 1.4 "To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal before the expiry of the relevant period."

2. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

2.1 "If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will return to You, without undue delay, within 14 days of the date of receipt of Your notice of withdrawal, all payments we have received from You, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred in as a result of your chosen delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us). For refunds, we will use the same means of payment that you used to initiate the initial transaction, unless you have specifically specified otherwise. In no case will this incur additional costs. ”

2.2 a) Acceptance of the goods: „The goods shall be returned or handed over to Chelcickeho 95 / 13A, 370 01 Ceske Budejovice no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is considered to be maintained if you send the goods back to us before the expiry of 14 days'.
(b) Return costs: "You will bear the direct return costs."
c) Liability for Impairment of Returned Goods: "You are only responsible for the impairment of the goods as a result of handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to understand the nature and characteristics of the goods, including their functionality."
